Welcome to GoSimple.ie. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services Provided
GoSimple.ie provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Pressure Washing
- Gutter Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
Additional services may be added from time to time and will be listed on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website at www.gosimple.ie or through an authorised representative.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription services will be billed automatically based on the selected frequency.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as early as possible in such cases.
3. Discount Offers
- 15% Discount applies to all one-time orders over €300.
- 25% Discount applies to subscription orders over €150.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts apply to the service cost only and do not include any third-party charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the day of service.
- Any fragile items, decorations, or obstructions in or around the service area must be removed prior to the service.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that water and electricity supplies are accessible if required.
5. Liability
GoSimple.ie is fully insured to carry out all services.
We will take all reasonable care when performing services but are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the property.
- Damage resulting from faulty materials or structural issues.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of €50.
7. Subscription Services
- Subscription services will continue until cancelled by the customer.
- Customers may cancel a subscription at any time with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the next scheduled service.
- Discounts for subscriptions are valid only while the subscription is active.
8. Feedback & Complaints
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion at info@gosimple.ie and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
