• Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or price.
• Payment terms, if a service can be arranged, will be agreed directly with you.
• We may decline or reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any offer, discount, or quoted price must be confirmed directly in writing.

• Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the day of service.
• Fragile items, decorations, and obstructions should be removed from service areas.
• Water and electricity supplies must be accessible if required for the work.

GoSimple.ie is insured to carry out the services it provides.

We take reasonable care but are not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage.
• Damage caused by faulty materials or structural issues.
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.
